Our Cattle
All our beef comes from purebred Fresian cattle, one of the few pure breeds of cattle left in the world. We are proud to offer what we believe to be the highest quality of beef.

We know each individual animal from birth to processing. We have the complete health history of each animal. We know where and how each piece of meat is produced. This is important to us. It is how we can have complete confidence in our product, and you can have confidence in us.

Our animals are fed only the best, a balanced ration of grains, hay, vitamins and minerals from our on-staff nutritionist. Their diet is completely vegetarian and never includes animal by-products or artificial ingredients. Our cattle are raised in a natural and humane manner.

Our facilities
Our family farms provide the animals with large spaces for feeding, creating a healthier living environment. Special attention is placed on natural ventilation, sunlight and an environmentally sound sanitation system. This protects the animals from physical discomfort and stress, which reduces the chances of disease.
